Each item in our store is made to order. Rather than keeping inventory on hand, your item is printed and produced after you place your order. This allows us to reduce waste and offer thoughtfully designed products made just for each purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Personal preference
- Color variations due to different screen displays
- Accidental purchases
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. If you have questions before ordering, we'd be happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the problem
Once reviewed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.
Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
